eTransfer Instructions

1. Start the transfer. Open your financial institution’s eTransfer service and send the donation amount from your pledge confirmation email to the Autodeposit email shown above. Autodeposit is enabled, so you should not be asked to create a security question or answer.
2. Add the transfer message. Include the same email address you used on the pledge form so the campaign can match your transfer to your pledge. If your financial institution does not offer a message field, send the exact amount from your pledge confirmation email and keep your transfer confirmation; the campaign may contact you if it cannot match the transfer.
3. Review and submit. Confirm the recipient email, donation amount, and message before sending. Never send banking credentials, account numbers, passwords, or a security answer to the campaign.
4. Keep your transfer confirmation. After the campaign receives, reconciles, and reviews the funds, it will issue a receipt and any applicable rebate documentation. No payment-processing fee is deducted from your eTransfer contribution. Your financial institution’s regular account fees may apply.
